"Casa Felice" in Bettona, Italy

500m from the medieval town of Bettona, on a hill, lies the spacious estate "Casa Felice". The property consists of 3 buildings and has, in addition to a wonderful swimming pool, 3 living rooms, 11 rooms, 8 bathrooms and a very cozy large dining room with large kitchen There is plenty of space on the terrace for open-air eating and also the pizza oven will serve us for a pizza evening. All of this is surrounded by 30 acres of land.
There are even stables and horses on the property and horseback riding is available for free. The house is located 3 km from Assisi and 19 km from Perugia.
The surroundings are gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. The house also offers oil and wine from its own production. And it has of course WIFI  :-)

 In a quiet southeastern orientation, the seminar house is located at the foot of the Wendelstein with a breath-taking panoramic view of the mountains.
The train station and the center are within walking distance. For relaxation, the house also has a Finnish sauna with relaxation area,
a huge sun terrace and a large garden. Also, many lakes are within short reach, for example the beautiful Schliersee.
The rooms are very comfortably furnished, each with balcony or terrace and private bathroom.
Each room has a beautiful view of the mountains and nature. Directly behind the house is a waterfall with fantastic nature pools.
